How to Install libbeid2-dev software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

libbeid2-dev software package provides development library to read identity information from the Belgian eID card, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libbeid2-dev 

libbeid2-dev is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libbeid2-dev package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbeid2-dev *

You will get with libbeid2-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
